Instructions

1.  In a mixing bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey,  garlic, pepper and rosemary until well blended.

2.  Place steak in a gallon size resealable bag,  Pour marinade over steaks, seal bag while pressing out excess air. Transfer to the refrigerator and let marinate at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

3.  Preheat oven to 400

4.  Place Cast iron or oven safe pan in oven and heat for 10 to 12 mins are more it needs to be extremely hot

5.  Remove pan from stove add 2 pats of butter and oil just enough to cover bottom of pan

6.  Add steaks to pan and sear for 2 to 3 minutes to get a nice char on each side

7.  Add more butter garlic and Rosemary (fresh or dried) place in oven to your desired doneness (I like my steak medium so I leave it 3 to 4 mins , well done needs to be about 8 to 9 minutes depending on the thickness of your steak)

8.  Let the steak rest before eating or cutting about 3 mins

9.  Serve with your favorite  Veggie and Garlic Mash potatoes
