Ingredients

4 Grouper filets, about 1” thick

1 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, seafood seasoning

1/4 cup (60 g) mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 clove fresh garlic, minced

1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated

1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon butter melted
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Add melted butter to cast iron skillet or line a pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

Pat the fish dry, Lightly seasoned and place in pan of choice.

In a small bowl add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and garlic. Spread a slightly thick coating on top of the fish.

In another small bowl combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of the mayonnaise coating in the fish.

Bake for approximately 14 - 16 minutes until fish is cooked through and brown on the top.

Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
